Missing Extrusion Paths After Slicing Using Simplify3D?

I have had such an issue with missing extrusion paths whenever I slice my 3D object! The stl looks perfectly fine and everything looks in order but when I slice my object it's missing paths.

As you can see the original design looks completely fine. However the sliced version has missing paths. In this case its the letters for this stamp under this logo. From the looks of it I should have been able to slice this with no issues. After much internet surfing and testing I have finally found a consistent solution!
The first thing you're going to want to do is run your .STL file through "MeshMixer"
Next select "Edit" from the sidebar.

The next step is to click "Make Solid". It'll take a couple minuets to process depending on the size.

After it finished processing it looked like this. I didn't like it so I changed the "Solid Type" setting from "Fast" to "Accurate". I also changed the "Solid Accuracy from 128 to 395. I then selected "Update" at the bottom.

It looked like this when it finished. It looked perfect so I then selected the "Export" button from the sidebar.

I then uploaded it to Simplify3D. The first thing your going to want to do is select "Edit Process Settings".

When you see this your going to want to adjust a few settings. The platform I'm using is a Flashforge Pro. However these instructions can apply to other printers as well. Now as you can see there is a setting that says "Extrusion Width", you're going to want to switch the number from 0.40 to 0.30 however again this number may very according to your printer so you can test out a few different numbers lower and see what works best for you.

The next step is to select the "Layer" tab. You should see something like this. There is one thing you're going to want to change in this tab. You'll need to change the "Primary Layer Height". You want to change it from "0.1000" to "0.0600".
After that you can click "OK" and then slice again!

As you can see this fixed my problem of having missing paths or "thin walls".
